The deal

Halfsies! is a daily game. Play fair, don't abuse the leaderboard or feedback systems, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service. Content you submit (names, feedback) must not be unlawful or abusive; we may remove content or restrict access to protect other players.

Halfsies Gold (auto-renewable subscription)

• Product: Halfsies Gold — removes ads.
• Price and term: $2.99 per month (or local equivalent), billed to your Apple Account.
• Renewal: renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing: manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds: handled by Apple under their standard terms.

License

Use of the app is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Salivation Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
